Losing and Vendetta
I had thought about why we think of paying back . There are several perspectives to look at the scenario but i look at one why which i had experienced few weeks before. I did attend an interview for Deloitte which is one of the biggest companies in the world. Me and my closest friend were shortlisted and after a week the company announced the final results wherein my friend went through while I didn't. I couldn't get good sleep after that night coz being successful he would have forgotten that interview at all. But for me, it was like an old tape playing back in my head again and again and every second of a interview went through my head again and again while i was checking for the possible mistakes i could have done. When i extend this idea i find that people who lose go for vendetta coz they can never get over things while the winner can easily forget that and move forward. its that feeling thats pushes people to do something so that the play back at the back of their head would stop.Thats the reason for all suffering , to end a suffering deep inside their mind they give as much of pain to fellow beings thinking that would undo the pain in their minds. But , fact is blood can never be washed by blood and even if they succeed in giving people their payback the loser here again nurtures the hatred for the other and this endless cycle continues amidst the cries of humaneness which loses its breath with every growing vigor for vendetta.

studying in uk
well, to start off with I am an Engineering graduate with offers from almost every university in U.K. So i thought I could share few things on applying to universities in U.K.
U.K ranks top amongst the hotspots for learning masters. The country has a very mixed populationa nd you would not find any racial abuses as with Australia or elsewhere.Like every foreign university U.K also has two intakes during fall and spring . Apply for september intakke as you might have good chance of getting an offer as the number of availabe seats are higher. The first step in applying to U.k is to have a valid passport as you need it for IELTS or TOEFL exams. The universities accept both the English tests and you need not give GRE for getting a seat in U.K. As soon as you receive your score card, check for the universities which would offer you seats based on the scores( mostly above 100 in TOEFL and band 7 in IELTS would do). Then you can apply online as its the fastes and safest means to apply to a university. Dont go for postal means as it takes hell lot of time to process and you should also shoulder the additional costs of postal expenses . So best apply through online using the university portal and pray that you get a seat.Wjile applying online, Scan all the relevant documents- your Marksheets( if you are currently pursuing your degree) else your degree scrolls and final transcripts, TOEFL or IELTS score card,Recommendation letter from two of your staffs(note that few universities like Nottingham have their own recommendation forms), and a letter of purpose which should state why you are interested in the university and course(about 2 pages) .After a month or so you would receieve the university's decision on your offer status decide upo fees and other issues and if you are satisfied accept the offer(that too can be made online).
If you are currently pursuing your UG then you would get conditional offer.submit your marksheets and degree scrolls as soon as you get them then scan and send it to the university so that your offer is made unconditional. Apply early because you need offer if you need to apply for any of the scholarship programs.

Four years of college life gave me?? this!!
To know that my course draws t an end in some 15 days raises new questions in me. When i think what i had learnt or achieved by giving four years of time and equal amount of money in lakhs to this damn institution i get no answer. To be frank, i was more sharper in my school , my intellect was sharper and my grey cells were very active but now im not the same guy as i used to be in my school days.Physically i might have grown another 4 inches but i cant hide my shame when i realize that i had blunted myself or had i been blunted? All plants dnt grow well everywhere so do we.This Institution can be marked as good one with ranking and all those gimmicks but i realize the oxygen for me was freedom and not all others this college provides us with. But one thing i can be sure of is i had learnt a lot about people here at college, i learnt staffs can be so idiotic, students can be so self centered and friends can so easily rip through your back. I had thought that i was good as survivor in school but i didn't have humane feelings at school but now i feel after seeing so much things in college, the last bit of humanness also has vanished from my heart. i am nothing short of a demon with nothing but hate for meanness filling all my heart. I have learnt about people and the way earth behaves to each individual here at college.but i now think thats more important to know than working of zener diodes . is it not?

Betrayal-in its purest form
"One should rather die than be betrayed. There is no deceit in death. It delivers precisely what it has promised. Betrayal, though ... betrayal is the willful slaughter of hope"
The world as we know is never kind to anyone. While i thought there were only two options available to individuals either hunt or be hunted, i learnt of a new race of people living whose task is neither hunting or hunted upon but helpin the hunter to pry upon the prey. Its good job right? you need not put any effort ,u can work conveniently behind the back of the hunted and the best portion is even after the hunted is marked upon you can conveninently smile and crack jokes at the person whom u had betrayed. Really if there's a nothing more convenient in the world than this, like doing dark deeds behind the back of unsuspecting persons. While everyone betrays in the world none hurts more than being betrayed by someone to whom u had been open. Betrayal by a girl u luv wudnt hurt so much as does to know that the person whom u confided doing the betrayal part with elan!! i have learnt only one thing. Never believe anyone but yourself.

Growing!!! Are we really?
Change is something thats unchangeable an adage says. Change and growth are not always synonymous though! Does being connected means we share the same warmth in our relationships?does having higher I.Q means you are above the rest?Going into the topic, I had always been Fascinated by evolution. We have higher I.Q than our parents and our progenies would out beat us but,Are we being human as our predecessors? The answer is a sure no I would say. For example, my sisters kids can operate blackberry being in their third grade but they never share their toys amongst themselves happily as me and sisters had. When compared with my mother and her sisters we would surely be lagging behind. Where does the problem begin? Are we losing our humanness in our quest to stand alone from the crowd? How many kids today play amongst or know the names of kids in their own apartments? leave alone the kids, how many parents set an example to their kids by socializing with the neighbors? Is it evolution or self destruction of our traits. What is money and success worth with no one to rejoice with us? Think about it!!!

Expectations and relationships
Well, one doesn't need to be a psychiatrist to speak about this right? Coz we all have been in one or other kinda relationship with others in the world. The one thing we all have in common in a relationship is having expectations on the other end or in the relationship itself. I have read good adage few days back, Always expect the unexpected from and woman and never expect anything from a man. But to be frank we all have one or other expectation on others. But the problem is we never understand the expectation of others on us until we see a strain in our relationships. How often do we emphatise with the other person? how often do we think them as much as our own? we often see people living happily amidst us and ask y not me? but the question should have been why didn't i? The main problem is we often mix up expectations and responsibilities. I can expect my friends to do something. thats expectation it may or may nt be possible. But my friend should save me if iam dying thats responsibility of my friends. But if i or my friends confuses between these two then it leads to unpleasant situation. We often think we can turn back on any relationship friendship ,love, parents everyone. We say we live in information age where we can talk between Atlanta nd Andipatty but, At the same time we rejoice our sisters marraige on cd or worse. Is this where we want technology to take us to? connecting with people can never be the same as sharing the same bond between people. So if we are searching for a solution, we think why expect but we cant be in tat way. The right way is to understand the subtle nuances that exist and appreciate those differences else you wouldnt sustain any of the relationships.

Dell laptops review- Experiencing my first laptop
I bought a new Studio 15 laptop a week back. I bought it after gettig feedbacks from my friends ( rembr im at hostel where there are many brands ) My experience made me feel why went for them. I had the worst customer service from dell.First my sales manager said, I would be getting the lap in a weeek's time but i nevr got any further updates after i made my payment(dell has three methods- demand draft, master card or online money transfer(u can use it even if u have an ordinary bank account))> After a series of mails for more than a month, I got this sleek diva at my hands.
Coming to the product, Studio is appealing at first sight has a good design(Im not impressed by the themes - anyway if u can shell another 3500 bucks u can try). The system comes without any freebies except ear phones. On performance wise it performs exceedingly well. Assasins creed and other high end games can be played without any snag. The512 mb graphics card performs well at high resolution but one could see the small snag when aa is increased t the maximum. other multimedia apps run easily( esp photoshop can be fun if u use this gal). The processor is also gud at 2.26 ghz and with 4gb ram u can run almost any application on it. But the two problems i faced was, The lap gets super heated at times u wud feel ur keeping a hot pan on ur lap after an hour. Also the combo drive produces so much sound that makes you think a mini auto is running inside ur lap. Also The facial recognition system sucks i have logged in and out of my system more than hundred times yet the system wudnt recognise me. Dell could have done better at that.
My suggestion on buying a lap
Unless your interested in multimedia dont go for this coz u can have lenovo at half this price and lenovo's build is very good while dell has mediocre build quality.
If you buy this go for the following upgradtions- a 9 cell battery and 4 gb ram(default- 3gb)
If its not urgent you can wait for some time as blu ray drives are getting cheap evry day.

Chinese style for India
There was a heated discussion among us friends on which form of government was better-democratic or communist.Though it died out in an hour ,owing to other discussions like movie and politics, i wondered if my arguments that india is best with democracy was right seeing the Libran commision report. It's so disgusting that we live amongst such religious fanatics.
There were several issues raised during that discussion and i'll try to explain things in my view
- One party is good for the nation
My answer is even if one party is in power, all thieves would rob together together in a single party rather than in opposite camps. The feuds would be more coz,Indians are a mixed race with many religions, cultures and traditions.so a one party system would produce lead to more confusion and power hungryclans vying for the time to dig graves for each other.
- Strict rules or severe punishments
- Aggressive poilcies
We are no good than them,if we couldnt keep our Holy Ganga pure-we wouldnt keep anythn clean. But we are not like China -sacrificing evrything for sake of development.Chinese may be the largest economy in Asia but, they too had they hit in recession while our markets were relatively stable.Chinese economy is largely based on exports and so it can never be termed as good.We wonder at their magnificient Three Gorges project forgetting the millions vacated without a penny of compensation.Even India does that, but atleast here we have a chance to agitate for the compensation-Would Medhapatkar been alive ha she been in China?
- Iron handedness
so,I still stand and would stand on the view that,we have a unique way of dealing things. It may be flawed because men who frame them are flawed.Inspite of it if we could reach this heights ,its astounding...Proud to ba an Indian..

The project we intend to do...
Being at the last semester of my engineering course,i have a a project to make. There were several ideas on selecting a project.i personally had believed that, whatever you take from the community you must repay at least a part of it.The idea of doing this project, the project that we try to implement struck me in train when i was travelling back from Goa.To be frank i thought i was the first to invent something new or outta box.But the fact was that people were working on it for half a decade :(.but the good thing was my idea was still in research and there was something that i could always contribute.O.k./. coming to my dream project,"A real time mine detection system employing sensors" that could reduce the time and risks involved in demining activities. You will understand the problem if i give you a statistic outta 2million mines planted every year in conflict zones only 1000000 are marked and far lesser removed. The dormants that have been there from second world war accrues with newly planted and they impose severe problemsMost of the times the intended targets escape and it's just the civilians who get exposed and their hands or limbs get blown off.Technology grows everyday and detection gets harder with arrival of plastic mines. so thats the core area we would be concentrating on .But the project has been plagud by funds!!! the gpr sensor that we had intended for use costs us in lakhs,so we are trying to implement the project using a cheap ir sensor while improving it's efficiency. After all technology's about that right-uplifting the weaker !!!!

Religion and tradition
To me, Religion always has been an enigma. Been brought up in a family where customs are a must even if u dnt agree with them, I have had disturbing questions about religion for a long period of time.till date i have not been able to understand any crap he so called spiritual gurus say. They say that god is one but they worship countless deities and each with its own rites. if its nothng but different form of god, why should one do rites differently? first of all te rites themselves are nothing but methods employed by our ancestors to make us still to some good things. i'll explain them, first of all the simple tradition that one should keep vibuthi, it was to make man realize that all earthly things come to meet the same end and be simple in life yet, we there would be a big chaos if one does not get special vibuthi !!!!And medically it removes water from sinus after a bath eliminating the possibility of getting headache or cold.
The other tradition of being wet while in temple(tats y u get drenched if u visit Ramaeshwaram) the body can absorb the vibrations well if its wet.in line with simple conductivity ideas. but none does that. one common stupidity i often find irritating is that people sitting after going to a temple. For god's sake,in those days temples were big and ur legs were tired 2 day u build a temple in 4 cents and still u sit blocking the small entrance dumbheads!!!
The religion instead of doing what it should have done has done the worst.it has created maniacas who are obsessed with nothing but traditions and worst they pass it o to their progeny's as well..i'll come with more a bit later

chennai ma bodhi tree..
i ahd beeen to chennai some 5 times i think. each time i had learnt something about life ther.while i as a kid for the first two trips(though i learnt the basics of boardin a crowded bus then :) ) the other trips had been a revealation.i would like to shed lihgt on two such trips, one as a year back when i went to chennai for my vacation. i bought a food packet for 20 rupees and while trying to consume it, i dropped it in train.the good thing was that i got some food from the family who sat opposite to me,but there was a lady who was selling sum fruits in train.as soon as she saw me havn been careless she said, it was her days wage.never had i felt so ashamed in my life after that, i try to consume evry bit of food i get.the other incident is more recent one.i got into a bus to tambaram there was an old man who was sitting next to me.i dont knw what he thought, but he was asking me so much questions about things and i was eagerly answring him with a comfort that i had found someone gud in chennai.but after a point he told something about marks and askd about community.i had thouhgt that people living in metros were a bit straihgt forward but to the contrary they are similar to the uneduacted except fro that they ask it with civility.but the very root is deeply establised in peoples dna i suppose..hw cud anyone dream of a united india with chromoseomal abberations??

my technical knowledge
i had a chance to listen to some true tech genies in ma campus on 15 n 16 f august...
these fellows both from isquareit gave a blow to everything i know and i did changemy perception abt things after attending the wokshop..itwas more of introspection rather than a robotics workshop as i intended it to be...and to mention of this guy rabinder hanry ,hes awesome...many haetd him for his acidic remarks on the sysytem and of course on us for our shiitin techinical knowledege...but all i cud sense was tat im nowhere near to wat i intend in life ...to b frank i could tell him the diode equation when he asked for it..funny tat i learntthis damn course for 4 years n i think im employable :)...i wish i had attended his earlier workshops ....i could hav seen life not just havn a girlfriend or money they feed u with in software while we clean the boots of americans...
but still i bliv i can make up for tat...

shangai talks
well our Primeminister leaves for the shangai summit soon...all d hype has been created our intelligence agencies and sum media barrons is whetherMr.clean Dr. Manmohan Singh would meet up with ten percentage man Asif Ali Zardari..watevr be the outcome of the meeting pakistan would still support jihadists fighting for Azad Kashmir...the only gud thing tat would happen is for newspapers (they wud hav sum news to fill d first page ) and Shiv ShankarMenons wife(who would hav a chance to see her husband in limelight for a while as lankan issue is over)
Nothing would change as the real power doesnt wrest with Mr.Zardari but with the war mongerin religious fanatics who hav cemented their places so well within the administrational hierarchy of Pakistan..well one thing we had all forgotten is the BRIC summit thats to be held in d sidelines of the shangai summit BRIC was forme by the then devloping nations Brazil,Russia,India and China..
but the irony now is that china and Russia who were developing countries by then had now become developed while India is still developing.... China and Russia hav well established themselves with CHina emerging as the clear winner of power in south Asia and Russia in central Asia and Europe..with the world becoming rapidly multipolar with deterioation in the influence of USA all India could do with its RAW is topple govts in small countries like Madagascar...where in the hell r we heading to when we cant even raise our voice protesting against China's claim of our solemn territory(A.P)?China has developed itself so well tat it speaks of maintain uniform currncy while we Indians lick the boots of Americans askn nt to cut the tax benefits ...we better change our system else the chinese war machines would tread over us when pandoras box opens during shortage of water in decades to come...

t20 world cup
aah!! finally the favorites are comin back home after some hefty purchase ,exotic spa massages and few hrs of game...i never blivd these bunch of spoilt individuals would get d cup..hmm last time no player had an identity and evryone's future was bleak so each one put their best and they had team spirit n all to bring back d cup beating our archrival...but this time each has got big bungalow to his name courtesy IPL so no one cared abt winning as survival was nt essential to each bloke each one's got a name to rest upon now and worse of all yesterday no player played as a team... this is d curse of indian cricket we hav amazingly talented bunch of individuals who try to remain as individuals and not as an unit... let team india learn lesson atleast now and win the upcomin series...
